The Pokhara Operation Management System (POMS) is an integrated digital platform developed under the Economic Development Division to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability in organizational management. The system streamlines day-to-day administrative and programmatic activities by centralizing task coordination, document management, and progress monitoring within a single, user-friendly platform.
Designed to support effective planning, execution, and reporting, POMS enables departments and officials to efficiently manage assignments, track official documents, and monitor the implementation status of projects and activities in real time.
